      <image:caption>I have empowered thousands of people to recognize their innate capacity to be happy and thrive, and I am excited to do the same for you if you dare to heed the call. I’ve worked with men, women, and children from all around the world—on the basketball court, in the yoga room, and in the gym. The one commonality I observed amongst all of these people was a perceived inescapable feeling of self-doubt and fear. Before I’d ask them to perform a movement—say a lunge, there were five questions about how and five excuses about why not to try. Yet, they’d hired me to help them move better. I realized that I was coaching the little girl within me in each of these sessions. As a child and adolescent, I was full of anxiety and engaging in OCD thinking/behaviors. Movement was my way in, and movement was my way out. Through my own overcoming of anorexia and chronic anxiety, I learned an array of movement, mindfulness, fuel-based, spiritual, and interrelational strategies to find power in myself. To reclaim my power, and to ignite my spirit. Allow me to do the same for you!</image:caption>
