I’ve been where you are. To be honest, fit as could be, but exhausted by the pressure to “fit in.” My physical body was at its peak, but I was malnourished in many other ways.

That’s when I started adding the spiritual and social and mental practices into my lifestyle to ensure I felt WHOLE. Not just FIT.

And to climb to that mountaintop, I needed to aggressively, rawly, ego-aside evaluate the parts of myself I was not taking care of.

For you, the balance might be different, and that’s OK. Say, you are a social butterfly and mental badass, but you just can’t seem to start a fitness regimen. You feel satisfied in some areas of your life, and not in others.

I’ve spent the last 12 years unleashing that woman in myself. Unleashing and integrating.

From immersing myself in culture and traditions in Asia to studying under the tutelage of some of the greatest teachers in fitness, yoga, meditation, and nutrition in the United States, to traveling the globe immersed in Eastern culture and traditions, to personal training sessions, group classes, and intimate daylong workshops to challenge the body to unlock and upgrade.

And I would never teach it if I wasn’t doing the work myself.

Via my own deep work, I’ve discovered a vast array of highly effective strategies, practices, earth-grown ingredients, and positively mind-altering exercises that I call the Abby Maroko Fitness Methods. It’s a wellness pallet to mix and match from to create the perfect lifestyle design for you.
